OMG -- that house definitely needs a new owner! It's so so so so cute! It's kinda like one of those gingerbread houses that hansel & gretel attacked when they decided to eat it :) Soooooooo cute! Truly!
Wow. Houses and neighborhoods in the Philippines look quite similar to those in the US.
Which one are you leaning towards?
